I have snakes,a rabbit,guinea pig,and an Iguana what are my options that will not harm any of my pets

Marigolds. Yes, the flower. Flies do not like the smell, and will stay away for the most part. Just put a few pots around the house.

Hang parcel tape (brown tape) from the ceiling or doorway, the flies will get stuck and die. Remember to change the tape every so often!

If you keep the cages really clean your fly problem shouldn't be too bad. I would use "fly tape" available at a hardware store (or ask at one of those home supply places). Be sure to change it sometimes so it doesn't look gross.

HELLO?? all u need is a lil patience and dicipline to keep ur place free of food and rotting meat... 1 day and it will be gone. ( to kill current ones... get a zapper).
