I do like them but they make your mouth and breath stink. But the advantages are that Fish are high-protein, low-fat food that provides a range of health benefits. White-fleshed fish, in particular, is lower in fat than any other source of animal protein, and oilier fish contain substantial quantities of omega-3s, or the "good" fats in the human diet. In addition, fish does not contain the "bad" fats commonly found in red meat -- called omega-6 fatty acids.

I love fish & seafood. I could live without red meat, chicken & pork (even if they are yummy too) but couldn't without fish & seafood.
I like fish & seafood because they have that delicate flavor and are not heavy on the stomach.

although someone said they make your breath stink....they actually kept my friends breath from smelling like alcohol one time when he got pulled over he was eating some cuz I had made him...so that saved him from a DUI...although he shouldnt have been doing that in the first place.
