I've been told by many that I'm naturally comforting and encouraging, and that cheers people up...so I'm easily able to.

Usually I just say something goofy and that does the trick of cheering someone up. :)

Do the best I can to offer encouragement where-ever I am and whatever may be going on with the person - the greatest gift you can offer is simply being there to listen.

Very easily, only they truly have to deserve it. And I don't do it cause they ask to...But when I feel they need it!

it's really hard for me, especially if i'm the one who caused the person to feel bad. i lose my temper all the time and then i don't know how to take back what i did!!

I try my best but it kinda depends on who I'm cheerin' up too..some people are really toughies!
