D.Perkins, Miss Selfrige, Top shop and most catalogues do a petite range. Tesco also have a petite range now. I find they are still a little big at times so I buy childrens' ones lol

A lot of the UK high street stores now do petite ranges - I can think of Next and Dorothy Perkins straight off the top of my head and most other stores will do short jeans. M&S do £9.00 jeans - how about getting them taken up? Take a look at the large store websites - you are bound to find the information there.

i agree with some answers you have already- try the kids/teenage sections- try tammy in bhs! next petit are ok but watch the waist size in there for some reason because you have short legs next seems to think you have a smaller waist too which is not always the case! i like dorothy perkins short fitting for price and length i can always find trendy jeans in there that i don't have to turn up.

I'm 4' 10" and always have to hem petites. There's a very rare brand that may have the right inseam, but for me I have yet to find a pair of trousers that come with a 27 inch inseam that fit me.

It depends on where you live.

Most stores offer a selection of Petites. Try your local department stores for affordable pants in a wide range of styles. Department stores, like JC Penney, are usually your best option for special sizes, when you don't have a specialty store near you.

You can also order on line from the petite stores, but you may end up with the wrong sizes when ordering on line since you aren't able to try things on. If you want to go this route, make sure that the stores take returns or exchanges, or that you have a good seamstress/tailor to take things to for alterations.

Because of your height, you might want to stick to items with ordering by inseam length. Petite clothing is made for women 5'4" and under, the length may still be too long on you. Clothing that you can order by inseam length gives you the freedom to buy the size you need, without walking on your hems, or having to spend the money for alterations.

hi,

i know it sounds strange ,.. but try the teenage section in New Look and alike ! (Try the catalogues as well, but try the teenage/kids section, as it seems the ladies sizes are always way too big..).
