i just came across dis rite now..
"Blind people do dream. Whether visual images will appear in their dream depends on whether they where blind at birth or became blind later in life. But vision is not the only sense that constitutes a dream. Sounds, tactility, and smell become hypersensitive for the blind and their dreams are based on these senses."

Yes, because dreams are based not only by seeing something, but by also being involved in everyday life. Blind people still have the rest of their senses which are connected to the brain which allows them to perceive vision and fantasy. This is like when someone tells you a story, you are able to visulaize the characters and events without actually having physically seen them.

Well I'm sure if they went blind when they were younger they know colors and dream of the happy times like chasing butterflies, and can apply colors to what applies to them now if I were blind I would try to imagine what my children look like according to what people tell me about them.

I believe our imparments are left to the realms of the physical body.
So i would like to think that they dream the very best dreams in vivid color and for this reason may want to sleep in a litle more than the rest of us.

yes becuase dreams are about every day life, just like in our dreams how sometimes we see someone we have never seen before, or we see someone we know that looks diffrent

mabey all blind people can dream but their dream's figures and colors are not like ones that you and i see.Or mabey they think about things like what they heard not who they heard it from

the answer is ''no'' becuase they dont see anything to know what things are like but they do dream about visual movments, like jumping around and stuff like that.
