Simple enough..."Global Warming" is complete "JUNK SCIENCE", A political agenda, not "science"!!
The simple truth is there is no scientific consensus on Global Warming. In fact, as the media frenzy screams global warming, there are a growing number of scientists who are expressing their doubts.
However, there is great question about the validity of the documents promoted by the Global Warming crowd. There is strong, documented evidence to show they care little about sound science and facts and much more about their political agenda.
For example, in May of 1996, unannounced and possibly unauthorized changes to the United Nation’s report on climate change touched off a firestorm of controversy within the scientific community. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the science group that advises the United Nations on the global warming issue, presented a draft of its report in December 1995, and it was approved by the delegations. However, when the printed report appeared in May 1996, it was discovered that substantial changes and deletions had been made to the body of the report to make it conform to the Policymakers Summery. Specifically, two key paragraphs written by the scientists were deleted. They said:
1. "None of the studies cited above has shown clear evidence that we can attribute the observed climate changes to increases in greenhouse gases."
2. "No study to date had positively attributed all or part of the climate change to man-made causes."
In 2006, the voices of reason are speaking out louder than ever. Professor Bob Carter, a geologist at James Cook University, Queensland, Australia, says the global warming theory is neither environmental or scientific, but rather, "a self-created political fiasco." Carter explains that "Climate changes occur naturally all the time, partly in predicable cycles and partly in unpredictable cycles."
In April, 2006, using temperature readings from the past 100 years, 1,000 computer simulations and the evidence left in ancient tree rings, Duke University scientists announced that "the magnitude of future global warming will likely fall well short of current highest predictions." The study was supported by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Department of Energy and the National Science Foundation. Gabriele Hegerl of Duke’s Nicholas Schools of the Environment and Earth Sciences said her study discounts dire predictions of skyrocketing temperatures.
I could write another 20 pages on the subject...but space is limited and I am sure most would not take the time to read completely!!

It is a global weather situation, which is not in dispute by ANY single person in the scientific community. That being said, it does not mean the entire planet will experience warmer temps, and those that do experience this will not see temps vastly greater than normal (at least no now). There is basically a shift in normal weather patterns, with warming occuring in places where it can be very harmful.
For example, it was in the 30's in LA last night (very weird) while in the Northeast where I live, it has not yet snowed. This has never occurred in recorded history. In my area it has been over 65 numerous times this winter--we should be in the 30's or 40's.
You can deny it exists, but that doesn't make it true.

First of all, why are you calling people names like "kool-aid-drinkers" just because they believe in global warming?
By the negative tone of your question, it appears as though you have already come to your own conclusions on the matter of global warming in that I assume you don't think it has any merit.
You don't really want an answer to your otherwise intelligent and reasonable question. Instead you just wanted to take a verbal punch at those who believe that global warming is a real potential threat to our planet.
Word of advice, next time just ask your questions without name calling and maybe we can all have an honest mature discussion about the topic.
I bid you peace.

Watch the movie, "An Inconvenient Truth".
First, heat rays from the sun come down to Earth. Usually, they will just bounce right back out (so we have moderate temperature), but with increasing levels of co2 in the atmosphere, they are being trapped in. This is causing hotter temperatures than normal, causing the ice caps around the Arctic and Antarctica to melt. When those melt, we'll have major flooding. Then, the temperature will plunge, everything will freeze, and we'll all die because no plants will be able to grow and we'll have nothing to eat.
Not to mention that Yellowstone, the volcano there is wayyy past due to erupt, which will probably bury some major cities in America in ash... we'll die if that happens, too.

There is absolutely no doubt average temperatures on Earth are going up, But that is average temps not every temp. You're still going to have cold snaps and even cold years. Where I at right now we've got two inches of ice and 10 degrees F. That's colder that usual. A weak ago is was 60 F. I heard this morning Moscow hasn't gotten much of any snow this year. It could be a record warm summer for them. I bet they're still having cold days here and there.

Global warming is a natural process that the earth goes through. Our magnet fields weaken and shift allowing more of the sun's radiation through. Eventually the earths magnet field will shift. Virtually North pole (magnetic field) will become South.
Many "experts" in the past used to say that the reason the ozone was depleting was that since the population on earth has increased that so too have the amount of cattle needed to feed everyone. The CO2 that Cattle release was in such large quantity. That is all Bu!!Sh!t! No pun intended.
No one knows for sure and there is really nothing we can do to stop it so relax. Let your car idle! Use aerosol spray. Don't live in fear.

in case you prefer to obtain grant money for climate learn, do you think of which you will get a cheque in case you're saying," i choose the grant, as i think of that i will teach that the figures that the present paradigm is predicated upon are incorrect" ? the great environmentalist, David Bellamy, has been silenced, and refused airtime. there remains no shown causative hyperlink between the quantity of Co2 interior the ambience, and an strengthen in worldwide temperatures. The WWWF photographs of the polar bears swimming have been taken interior the Arctic summer season; while the ice cap partly melts, as they could not upward thrust as much as image interior the wintry climate. The ice exchange into too thick! The East-Anglian uni learn figures. "Oh! The figures do not experience our expectancies. Oh properly. shop quiet. simply by fact all of us be responsive to that we are appropriate." while the theory, and the religion is greater significant than squarely dealing with the valid doubts of lots of non grant-supported scientists, technology has been superceded by non secular zealots. As Oliver Cromwell colourfully reported." I pray thee, interior the bowels of Christ, evaluate that thou mayest be incorrect."

I think it has to with the el-nino effect. And that there is less CO2 in the atmosphere, so there will be a less amount of affect from global warming. watch The Inconvenint Truth, for more details.

The day to day weather is not impacted by global warming; rather long term averages is where you see the effects of global warming.
