People that hold signs by the road make some ok money. Around $7 an hour, but you usually don't end up holding a sign for longer than 3 or 4. Just walk to a little Caesar's, inquire, and listen to a CD player or something.

Sell something you need less than the money. Any other 'fast cash' method will cost you more in the long run.
