For sure not the SPARY! omg one time my cuzz used that he looked all orange! I think tanning beds work best and you don't want to stay in there for a long time. but beds work the best!

mystic tan. you can also combine it with a few trips in the tanning beds but try not to go everyday as it is unhealthy, but a little bit releases a chemical that makes you feel good. just make sure they put it inthe right level so the mystic doesnt turn you orange

Do not pay for the spray tan at the salon or tanning bed, it is extremely high and does not last. Tanning Beds are really bad for your skin, so I would try a lotion.

try a "stand up" tanning bed. it's boring to stand there and not very relaxing, but you will get an all over, even tan...have fun!!
