I keep seeing Ermac and Stryker running about in a couple places, what is this about?

It's not in the Krypt, it's a bunch of places, like at the park across from the Dojo, I see Ermac everday at like...either 6 or 8

Is this in the Kyrpt!! Ed Boon remarked that this was just to give the whole Cymetary and weird feeling. It's is pretty dumb!!
