you have add ware on your computer , down load an add ware remover theres loads and there free i use www.lavasoft.com its great

The pop ups are caused by spyware and are to make you panic and send them money. They then claim to have removed the problem - which was never there!

Install and run some decent anti spyware and you'll be fine.
You need to install one firewall.
The Windows firewall doesn't stop malware on your pc from dialling out.

You need to install one anti virus;

You need all three anti spyware programs;

http://www.lavasoft.com - Ad-Aware SE Personal anti adware
http://www.safer-networking.org - Spybot Search and Destroy anti spyware. Use the Teatimer settings to protect Internet Explorer, and the Immuniser to stop malware getting on your pc.
Also use Microsoft Defender and their online scans.

little squares about two inch by one and a half? That's a script/runtime error. I think, It's a problem with the web page you're on not your p.c.

Run a spyware scanner, In all likelihood the popups telling you your bugged are spyware themselves.
