PDF (Portable Data Format) is designed for this. Hunt for a pdf converter online, you should find one that runs free as a trial. That should do the trick, unless someone at the other end reconverts it and fiddles!

if u r concerned only about the recipient printing with the same layout then convert it into "pdf format" and send it

If your word programme allows you to save it as a PDF file, that should do it.
If your programme does not, then you might be able to print it, scan it and save the scanned image as a PDF file and send that.
Third possibility would be for you to scan it and save it as a JPG file of the desired dimensions and send that.
