Shikamaru rocks! He's really smart and has an excellent tactical strategies. My personal favorite is Kabuto. "Why?" you ask. Because he evil and cute. He's not an idiot, and he's cunning. My other favorite is Hinata, it's so cute how she's always cheering Naruto on and tries to become stronger herself. I hope this answers your question.
