Will spats ever come back into fashion?

Wouldn't it be great if we could wear spats with a suit and not be ridiculed.

(Spats are made of white cotton and cover the top half of a smart shoe.)

There's a guy I used to pass occasionally on the way to work who always rode an old black bicycle with a smart umbrella strapped to the back, and wore big pinstripes and a bowler hat.

astounding beginning yet as somebody else reported to boot "no longer my examine" i'd open it up somewhat more suitable with a short bio of Mel and Ethan sorta like Mel speaking about her self then she receives the apple and is going upstairs then talks about Ethan somewhat because "This resulted in the guy getting all embarrassed and all of Ethans’ jock pals beating up that human being" to me only looked like you threw that in to make him look more suitable regular its keep writing tho and once you end and bypass over it a pair more suitable circumstances you'd be good
