If bleeding is very little, almost nothing, but it is your normal menstrual cycle is it a sign you could be pregnant? Or could it be from stress? My husband is facing another deployment so it has been pretty stressful.

This irregularity can definitely be from stress. Our bodies go through amazing changes even when we think we are OK. I would get a second opinion and make sure nothing else is the cause.

Either although spotting during pregnacy is normal it is in the minority. I would lean towards this being stress related. However, rule out pregnacy by getting tested. After that see where you stand.

it doesnt mean that you are pregnant. stress causes periods to do weird things like that. i cant tell you to not stress cause it is easier said than done. so try not to put any additional worries on top of that.
