"At 5'3", Muggsy Bogues has won more slam dunk contests than any other player his height."
"Spud Webb was (and is) considered to be a top 'small-dunker' in professional Basketball. However, since 1968 Spaulding sporting goods has held a biannual Robert T. Spaulding 'High Dunk' contest, in which Mugsy Bogues placed first in 1990, 1992, and 1994. In 2002 these statistics were added to the Official Record of Basketball Statistics (possibly due in part to its similarity to the NBA Slam Dunk contest and the inclusion of off-duty NBA referees as judges), and it was by this inclusion that the National Basketball Association now considers Bogues, a 3-time High Dunk winner and a constant top-5 Slam Dunk contender, to be one of the most skilled, and certainly the shortest, executor of dunks in the history of the NBA."

I once saw a guy in a gym at Cal St. Fullerton who was a gymnast do a 360 reverse dunk who was only 5'5". I wish I could have taped it but it was totally spontaneous. He was totally sick, I've never seen a crazier display of athleticism at any level in person in all my life.
