Im not into classical music but when I was listening to the pearl Harbour sound track i just felt so relaxed. I never thought this would happen but now I love the sound track, It has even made it in to my ipod. You should be able to get it in any good music shop. Hope it helps

i'd go for classical- something by Erik Satie, Claude Debussy, Maurice Ravel and later younger composers such as Francis Poulenc, Darius Milhaud and John Cage- you don't want words to distract your mind and you don't want crass guitars or drums - you won't get a restful sleep- i also like those records with the sound of waves or rain- those are fantastic- or honestly- i just turn on a fan and let white noise fill the room- that knocks me out-
you can even get a white noise maker- but for music definately stick to classical....

I very nearly constantly nod off to song. sometimes i'm going to easily have my itunes on shuffle and that i will purely shop the quantity low and that i will enable it run. sometimes i'm going to easily play the instrumentals, it is fantastically soothing, distinctly whilst it relatively is somebody like J Dilla. yet, what often takes place, is i'm going to nod off listening to a clean album. i'm going to get to approximately 6 or 7 tracks in the previous I thoroughly end paying interest, yet I relatively have stumbled on that for those 20 minutes i'm getting a number of my maximum suitable concentrated interest. recently it relatively is been to the Blu scholars album "below the Heavens," it is very cautioned.

I usually opt for instrumental or classical.
A few instrumental suggestions: Ray Lynch and Vangelis.
