Pelangin Mall and Bukit Jambul Complex which both are in Penang Island! Varieties yet reasonable and cheap though! Plenty of CDs, CDs, DVDs to choose. Fashionable retails. Accesorries. Ofcourse don't missed out the "Food FIESTA" ! Happy Shopping.

Well...I agree with Jules but 50%....So far the best low price shopping center is in Bukit Jambul Penang....Prangin Mall is slightly higher than Bukit jambul Complex but you can find variety of choices over there compare to BJ Complex

i usually shop at Giant, but then i discovered the mini market near my house is 100x cheaper. At giant 1 cucumber is around 1.00. The mini market is selling 3 cucumbers for 2.00. W e have to save a lot now since all the prices are going up especially vege's, fish and chicken.

Well if you're anyway near the PJ vicinity, try shopping at One Utama (it's all in one, lol) or head down to Bukit Bintang, at Sungei Wang Plaza - known for cheap deals/ bargains, etc.
