Zante is the Italian name for Zakynthos, it is the most southerly of the Ionian islands and is near Cephalonia, in fact you can see it from the east coast of Zante on a clear day

its off the coast of mainland greece and sometimes called zakynthos .its part of the ionian islands which also include kefalonia .
ive been the kefalonia which is wonderful but not to zanter sorry cant help more
