Not as much as I should, really....but I've started to get to the point where, instead of expecting the worst, I just don't expect anything at all. It's progress for me, I promise!

Depends entirely on the context of the question.
In my professional life, I study, arrange, analyze, and consider all variable to eliminate chance. I'm rarely surprised.
In my personal life, Yeah, the unexpected happens all the time.....that's one of the reasons why balance for me is so important...and sometimes hard to achieve.
