Just keep reading people's answer to the questions & get a general feel for the grammar. The standard of spelling on this site is pretty bad, even though there is a spell ckecker available.
Your English seems OK but leave a space after a punctuation mark. (The comma after bad). Capitalise 'i' when it refers to yourself.
Start sentences with a capital letter.

There are more ways.
1. Watch movies without subtitles.
2. Get a girl/boy friend who know english. Practice with him on bed.
3. If your english is so bad - mine too, I'm from Romania - explain me, how can you understand what I'm writing here?
:)

I would recommend that you read as much English as you can. This will build your vocabulary and teach you correct sentence
structure.
