You don't fix a mistake by making a bigger mistake.
Bush is like a ship captain that spots an iceburg and instead of stopping the ship yells, "Full speed ahead!".

I don't know whether he is listening. Read the letter in my question. From some of the people here, I think that many support the Great Captain Bush. I doubt whether they understand the political forces in the Middle East.

Never, Bush was never ever elected by a majority of Americans, so he is never likely to listen to a majority of them either.

Beside's since when has an American President actually worked towards implementing policies to suit Americans? Every President since Kennedy has been implementing policies to an agenda that fulfills a need to create a unipolar world order benefitting a foreign elite. Bush and Cheney have been less subtle about it.

The only reason America exists is to be the 'muscle' that forces globalisation forward. There can be no place left on earth that is not connected and integrated into the whole.

There can be no room for nation states that remain independent.

The whole Pantagon's new map ideology of the connected world vs the Gap shows that a unipolar world order imposed on the entire global population is the plan, and regardless of what Americans want, THAT is what they are going to get, from now on!

It's time Bush and Cheney were impeached and Ron Paul's candidature for President was supported by freedom loving Americans.

the fact is Gordon Brown would not supply a damn about his factors. He did not believe contained in the warfare, yet signed as a lot because it because he needed skill. He has bankrupted the country and the British forces have run short of troops and kit. also they are low on moral, because there is an complete lack of political administration. they don't look to be being informed what that's that they are meant to be doing. the american administation has a distinct problem to the British. Britain purely went in as us of a's best chum and when you consider that Tony Blair believed he changed into on a project from God. Tony Blair has when you consider that run away and the British human beings were continually hostile to the warfare. That makes it politically uncomplicated to withdraw. Obama needs to withdraw with a minimum of the pretence of having carried out something. that is going to be truly confusing. us of a has not purely destabilised Iraq, however the total area. us of a has also politicised the reconstruction of Iraq which changed into an insane component to do. American organizations favor to withdraw nicely earlier the troops, so as that the Iraq's may have some self belief that they are going to be allowed to run their own affairs.

Why should he! He is looking at the bigger picture thinking long term not what is popular he could listen to the fickle American public opinion, then if the middle east denigrate into chaos quest who the fickle American public would blame , not themselves but the president for not following thru with his policies.

Great men do not follow polls like your hero Bill Clinton who did everything by polls history will not be kind to him. I remember during the 60's 65% of Americans believe that blacks were moving too fast for their civil rights thank God the president did not follow that poll.

The problem is that Bush hasn't been listening enough to the true conservatives, like Cheney, and instead he is doing what he thinks is right. Like him or not, Bush is a man who stands by his convictions.

The reason he put together the "Baker Commission" and is pushing his current plan for Iraq is he is finally listening to everyone who has been admonishing him from the start that he is drifting too far from the conservative roots of the party.

Bush will never listen to the American people or our troops would already be home.

When the foolish republicoons bumped off Saddam he helped Intl. terrorism.

Another example of incompetant US politicians making a bad situation worse.

I agree....lol. He is trying to fix a problem by creating more problems. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but he lost me with the idea of sending more troops to war. :o(
