Everyone on the Wrestling category probably generally knows "who" he is. He is the WWE champion and one of the most overrated wrestlers on Monday Night RAW, a WWE brand.
If you mean anyone that actually has met him on this category, few people will say "yes." I know a couple of people that would know John Cena. They are John Cena himself, John Cena Senior (his dad), Carol Cena (his mother), and Catherine Cena (his grandma.)

Dont want to cuz I dont agree with his lifestyle choices. I mean dont ask dont tell only applies in the military but I guess theres nothing you can do when he flaunts his flaming lifestyle.
