How can he detect me if I do it indoors. Can he see where I surfed including my passwords I keyed in to my emails?

Since you are using unsecured WIFI, you have chance to expose your login and password. However, if you are visiting web site with HTTPS (SSL), it's not likely you will have the problem.
However, eveything time you use the WIFI, the access point knows your computer name. There is device out there that can track which direction you are sending WIFI signal from. It's possible that they can find you eventually. I just don't believe that they will do such nonsense work to just track you down. As long as you are not hacking or breaking his computer, I think you should be fine.

if he don't know how to secure his wi fi ....so he's certainly don't know how to trace others mooching it or web sites they r surfing on it....and about passwords it 's not displayable to others coz it's secured by the servers broviding email services......bye

If he takes the time to try and find you, but dosen,t take the time to lock his Wi-Fi up, he is an idiot.

IF YOU CAN SEE THEM THEY CAN SEE YOU. THEY NEED TO KNOW HOW THOUGH. CONSIDERING THE COST JUST SPRING FOR THE 20 BUCKS OR SO FOR YOUR OWN ACCESS, ARE YOU THAT BROKE. BESIDES IT DRAGS ON THE HOST BIT-RATE, YOU PIGGYBACK THE WRONG PERSON YOUR MACHINE MIGHT GET BUGGED, LET ALONE THE LEGAL IMPLICATIONS.

they can find out everything if they knew what to look for. You can get in trouble for mooching that wireless connection too.
