When microbes have to find food, they have to be able to see somehow, right? How do they do it?

That's right, this "smelling" ability is chemotaxis. Cells can smell differences in gradient of chemicals they are interested in and move in that direction (given they have the ability to move). A fine example of this phenomenon is how sperm finds an egg cell.

No they DONT!

They literally dont SEE but SENSE it(by various chemical agents)
These agents are very complex and attach with various receptors on the plasma membrane and cell permeabilities are changed accordingly

They get established and multiply wherever food is abundant and normally die there too!!

Rarely does the need of locomotion arise. you see very few microbes can move......since they possess FLAGELLUM or an active cilia.

You are percieving things from a multicellular animal point of view!
They need very less food!

For cells the organism provides it(e.g. Human Body)
For microbes they latch on to whatever food comes their way

Cells are the smallest unit of organisms and organism capacity living element so cells are the smallest living issues whilst microbes are pathogens and pathogens are a illness inflicting organisms viruses micro organism and protists.

They "see" chemically. There are receptors on the surface cells that can detect certain things, such as nutrients... they just follow these chemicals towards whatever they are looking for.

I suppose its more like smelling though.. but that is how they decide on which way to go.

No they don't see. They have cilia to move, and they just... I dunno. They find food. That's how it works.
