Should i pierce my nose or bellybutton?
How do i prevent infections?

Only if you want too. Go to a nice, clean establishment. Keep the piercing clean once it is done. And..do not try to do it yourself.
DO NOT USE ALCOHOL!!! This will cause scar tissue to grow. Buy the sterilizing solution that the establishment you go to sells. Please do not use alcohol!

I have my belly button pierced, but not my nose. It's really quite simple to avoid infection if you follow the after care instructions that should be given to you by the piercer. If he or she doesn't offer any advice, then ask!!

Its sure better than piercing your clit, like two answers ago, is planning to do!! She's fricking crazy!!! As far as the cleaning part, I heard from the gal that double pierced my ears, not to use hydrogen peroxide, that it does something to our blood cells.... And she gave me this rinse stuff in a white bottle, so I bought extra, in case I ran out......... Hey go for it, I think its so attractive on women, and I do believe guys agree!!! Smile!!!

piercings are fun, when you're young.
but... think about when you are 40, 50, 60... will you still want them then? i think they would look a bit strange.
and preventing infections is pretty easy, wash with alcohol and/or hydrogen peroxide daily.

If you really want it, then i would recommend Your nose.
Bellybutton piercing can cause much more infections.

no, because you could hurt yourself. go have it professionally done. To steralize it i would use rubbing alcohol.
