For the 1st year and a half of our relationship we used no contraception and as I am young & not ready for kids, I worried nearly every month whether my period was going to come. So last June I took the contraceptive injection, I've been bleeding ever since July, not heavy, but just enough to be messy and annoying. Obviously my boyfriend is not happy about this and wants me to change contraception. I don't know what else to do though, because you can get bleeding with the implant and the pill and the most people mess up with the pill aswell and we've never used condoms and wouldn't want to. So I haven't really got much choice, but to take the injection. He told me in December to stop it or we'd have to break up because he couldn't put up with it anymore. But like I said there aren't really any other options, so I took it against his wishes. He was annoyed, we had a big argument and said that I had till the end of February (when the injection I had in December wears off) to sort it out.

HOLY LIVING DOG $HIT! MY GOD WHAT A STUPID LITTLE PUNK AS$ B*TCH AS$ MOTHER FUKER!

How in his right mind can he make this your fault? Does he have any moral thought of a womans body? Does he even understand that this is what woman NATURALLY go through EVERY MONTH? No matter what you will have your period every month it should last about a week to two weeks at a time. You will have this for the rest of your life. Is he some self rightous superior being that demands what he cannot naturally have or something? This is pathetic. You havent done $hit wrong. He needs to open his mind and be a man and support your needs. I cant beelive he makes this your fault, you cant control it, no one can control it. He cant control you. YOU! need to understand that YOUR in control in this relationship immediately. You are superior to his punk ***. REMEMBER that he is weaker than you and has balls that can easily control him. just kick him in his balls or squeeze his balls when he gets out of line. If he does break up with you I HOPE you kick him in the balls as hard as you can because he is pathetic, you dont deserve him anyway. he is a male dominant sex fiend. Dont you know that this behavior is no longer acceptable in todays society, its not year 1930 anymore. You are actually the one that has equal and more greater power in the relationship now because thats society today. in 10 years by now all woman will be in control over men completely, its already like that. Dont give in to his controlling demeaning little ***. You know you dont deserve this treatment and you know you are better than this and I know that you know there are better guys out there for you. So before you get pregnant with this twirp I suggest that you call it off with him and lket him know whats up. its for your own good and if you dont follow through with my EXPERT advice then I feel sorry for you. I also feel sorry if you dont put me as your best answer, LOL.
Well good luck sweetie, I know you have the strength and power to overcome him and this. he just needs to READ up on female anatomy and how it works because he obviously does not understand you or your body.
GOOD LUCK!

Why don't you ask your gynecologist about other means of contraception because from your story, I don't think the contraception you chose is the best for you. Furthermore, I think you should also talk to your boyfriend and make him understand why you need to use contraception. I don't think he fully grasps the idea that it is very much possible for you to get pregnant and that you both have to take responsibility for your actions. If he refuses to see your point, then bid him goodbye. A relationship is between two people and there should be compromises made.

there are contraception devices that end your period for good, just ask you doctor. Your boyfriend, on the other hand needs to get an attitude adjustment. If you were meant to be together, your period should not be a big issue. the man you are meant to be with will not care when or how you bleed

You have two problems. Your boyfriend's insensitivity and your issue with your contraception. Your boyfriend is behaving like a world class jerk, blaming you for something that you have no control over. If he is acting like this and wants to break up over contraception; I cant wait until a major life crisis pops up.

Tell that selfish butt hole, to go f*uck himself, and dump him. My god you've done everything that could be asked of a woman.

You don't need a dumbass like him in your life. I'd kick him to the curb and go find a "real man" instead of this whimp.
