Anyone out there in Scotland know where I can ride in Motorcycle Trials?

Does anyone know of anywhere in Scotland I can ride a motorcycle trial without joining the SACU. I would love to participate in the sport properly but all the local clubs are SACU affiliated so I have to pay nearly £50 for a licence and I don't even know if I will be any good so I would like somewhere to ride with others. Thanks

I believe that you are fighting a lost battle. Unless the rules have changed in the last few years, observed trials are governed by the SACU competition rules. Unless you want to plod around a boggy craig by yourself you'll need to pay that 50 quid Jim.
