No not until the teen is out on their own and really financially taking care of her baby all on her own without her parents help.

I don't know, because if the teen owns the kid and the parent owns the kid. that technaclly would mean that the parent owns the teen not the kid because the parent doesn't own the stuff she, or he has.

Consult a tax person but then since they are wrong sometimes...get several answers that match and that may work...my opinion...parents claim both because they are supporting both...

No, the dependent can only be claimed once by the party who is providing the majority of support for such dependent.
