Don't worry...
Crying isn't a bad thing and there is mothing unhealthy about it either...
I konw many people who cry constantly and recently i have done alot of crying myself as well...and i'm not really embarrased to admit it... Because there is absolutely NOTHING weak about it... EVERYONE cries once in a while, some more than others...
What ever is stressing you out has really put a load on your back and it really isn't the crying that's bad, it's the stress. Crying about stuff actually usually relieves us from what ever is causing the tears. But stress is actually quite unhealthy...
There nothing wrong with crying...
Let it out...
Just don't stress too much, try to avoid the stress. Even though it IS really hard to avoid it, just try because stress can really affect you in big ways both physically and mentally...
I hope this helped, i really do...
Hope that you're ok...
Best of Luck...
Have a nice day...
: )

No, I don't see as a sign of weakness even if it a guy crying. We all need to just let it all out because life is very hard these days. More than it was like maybe 10, 20 years ago when we didn't have TOO much stuff to worry about.
Its o.k. to cry and hopefully you will feel better afterward but if you don't and it didn't do the job then you'll need to take a step up by finding someone to talk to maybe its more than just crying issues.
I wish you luck and lots of box of tissues..lol..

I cried like a small child who has lost her dolly last night. I was cooking a roast dinner and as i was straining the cabbage i dropped it all in the sink and just burst into tears. (Ridiculous)
I am a very weepy person. I cry at almost anything remotely sad. I still cry at E.T and i must have seen it 1000 times.

Many people see it as a sign as weakness but i do not.
Forest Gump makes me cry every time - i know many people that could quite easily cry at something like that but will never let themselves.
when you see something really beautiful even if its someone else reaction to something good that has happened to them i can't always stop myself - many people would consider telling someone that one of their biggest fears.
I can't say i cry very often when its sad. i normally try to stop myself, but if its good, why not.

Its a good release valve. You should feel better afterwards so if you don't then maybe you need to chat to someone about it?
I cry sometimes when I miss my Ma or when I see real cruelty or when I am scared.
