dis is a very good question. everyone's labour is different so there is no telling how yours will be. if it is your first it will most definitely be longer dan anyother pregnancy . but abt the pain u hav during sex u shud really get a second opinon. dat doctor sounds stupid sayin a thing like that. he shud kno better.

Every labor is different but most always hurt anyway you won't know if it's worse b/c of this problem or not...I can't believe your doctors "advice" about your sex life though...it shouldn't have anything to do with your age and may I suggest you find a new doctor or have a very frank talk with this one...did they suggest lots of foreplay, lots of lube, and there is a possibility that your problem is a medical one...there is a thing called vaginismus, and that is an unconscious tightening of vaginal muscle during sex that makes penetration painful...you need some answers though sex shoul NOT be painful and your doc should've told you that...Good luck hun...

How old are you? Also I don't think any one's labor is the same. I can't say I've had one labor where it wasn't painful or seen a women in labor where she didn't look like she was in pain. Just remember ask for pain medication. First time I tried almost the whole labor without anything, i was crazy. I ended up getting the epidural and than ten mins later i was pushing. Good luck.

all women were meant to give birth but yes it hurts, and a epidural helps some women, only one side of mine took but believe me since i gave birth to 2 without one you will want to ask for one. anyway if your size is a real factor the doc's will probably do a c-section for safety reasons, ask your doctor if this will be a problem right now, always ask your doctor anything that you have concerns about, thats why they are there, congrats on the new baby :>)

all i could say is get an epidural when you get to the hospital once your labour starts , you will have near to nothing pain that way.

No, that problem won't impact labor and delivery.
