one moment of brilliance from Martins and one incident of ball watching within 90 seconds cost us dearly.... I have a funny feeling Cardiff will be on the recieving end of alot of frustration on Wednesday....

We may have lost to an understrength newcastle side yesterday but i refuse to be disheartened. The link up play in the first ten twenty minutes showed how well we have developed as a team but still remaining vulnerable to the sucker punch at the back. Martins goal yesterday was pure genius Given was on top form and the fighting spirit of Newcastle is something we should learn from for when we face Arsenal in the carling cup semis. I would be more worried if we didnt get more shots on target. The premiership although important will not be the be all and end all of our season. I would much rather win a domestic cup or the Uefa cup and be happy with finishing in the top ten.

I am a Spurs fan and if I have any children I am getting them Barcelona season tickets.

Being a Spurs fan is hell but I wouldnt change teams for all the money in Chelsea.

Spurs fell asleep at the wheel for a few minutes and paid for it. I'm beginning to wonder if Ben Haim is being distracted by transfer rumors...

I am a gunner and despite all of the rivalry, you should have won or at least drew the game.u miss ledley like the blues miss JT.
You need quality cover for when injuries happen as you are now finding out. buy foreign , there are not many englist defenders that are available are there ? unless you count £10m for Curtis..who is that Dawson guy at the back. ??
even Senderos is better than him and he's our 4th choice..

see u for the carling cup..

yes i am. 20 shots and 2 goals! Shay Given might not be the best keeper in the lague but he is definitely in the top 1! (Joke courtesy of the late, great Cloughie!) Martins goal was fantastic but we still shouldnt have lost that game.

although spurs play brilliant attacking football and sometimes may score lots of goals, but if you don't defend as a team you will always come unstuck , more emphasis on defence mr jol
