NB NOT the day after decree nisi - the nisi is not teh final decree of divorce. You need decree absolute as well!

As soon as the paper work is over with,,,,,, But i wouldn't advise you jumping into another relationship, spend some time alone, and enjoy yourself, assess what went wrong etc, other wise you will be going through the whole process again soon enough!

if you have signed your absolute you can marry the same day i think! once you are divorced there is no time limit to remarry
