PROTONS are positively charged and ELECTRONS are negatively charged , so there is electrostatic force of attraction between the electrons and protons.
charge on electron= -1.6 * 10^-19
charge on proton= +1.6 * 10^-19.
The attraction is given by coulomb law.

Did you mean "protons"?
Did you mean "attracts"?
Did you mean "electrons"?

Electrons have negative charge and protons are positive. A proton will try to capture an electron because the opposite charges attract. This forms a neutral hydrogen atom.

opposite electrical charges attract each other...like charges repel.
Since protons are positive and electrons negative they will attract each other.
