Do you want to prepare a math and physics exam, or prepare FOR a math and physics exam?

I'm assuming you mean for, so here are some ideas. First try to find out as much as you can about what subject matter will be covered - since both math and physics cover a lot of area. Once you have narrowed down the field a little bit, start on wikipedia.com, they have extensive entries on both math and physics, most of which are written very well, and make otherwise complicated subjects fairly easy to understand.

You might be able to find some example tests someplace online - try printing them out and taking them, and then see how many answers you miss - then you will know which areas you need work in.
