does anyone at all work for BT Broadband?
Except for the guys that sign you up and take your money... they've got good bailiffs too but they service... I've been waiting for my mum's internet to be installed for almost two months now.
I got it for her for christmas. It was supposed to be installed ages ago; I can't get trough on the phones, my emails are either ignored or totally unhelpful.
Does anyone work for BT Broadband? I don't know, but it's a damn good question.
