There is this one which has just start for new / unpublished authors.

The basic idea is that the writer will put a sample of their work on the site for everyone to look at. Then if you like what you have seen you contact the person direct for a full copy (which can be sent via e-mail).

I've tried to get stuff published, and I know how difficult it is, so this site is fantastic for writers who have received a lot of rejections and are about to give up.

It seems fairly priced as well (compared to other self publish sites) as they charge a fee per sample of work submitted.

Threadless http://www.threadless.com/?streetteam=lordylord

Fantastic quality Tshirts. Anyone can submit designs, which then get rated by users, the best ones get printed (designers also get a prize if their design wins) and sold on the site. They only print so many of each one so you pretty much guaranteed not many people have the same top as you. Prices are bargain especially for us in UK and shipping not much either. Some excellent designs on there, only trouble is you will want mostly all of them!

1. YouTube - can watch clips of TV shows without TV license.

2. whydidthechickencrosstheroad.com - Funny answer to a boring joke.

3. Wikipedia - If I need information for my homework/coursework then I can get good information.

I know its not very original but I only just discovered this one after being on line for 4 years. I just love giving my opinion without someone butting in.

www.weebls-stuff.com

Very entertaining site, full of funny cartoons made by a group of animators. Some are hilarious, and some are simply...well...odd!
