Um no.

Not sure where the other people go that have answered, but all the main stream shops (M&S) and quite a few lingerie shops in shopping centres all require you to keeo your bra on. Once you get your size, they will then help you with the actual fit, as some bras come up differently.

no, from every experience i have had you usually dont even have to take your top off as long as its not too thin. as long as you wear a thin vest type top and a non padded bra you should be ok. one idea is to get measured in each shop as shops can vary in size. go to m&s or debenhams.

It will depend on the shop, most you don't have to (marks and spencers, la lenza etc). If you go to Rugby and Pellar, you will have to, and they don't use tape measure they give you a measurement by just looking.....

...If you want something extra special go to Rigby and Pellar in Knightsbridges just next to Harrods, excellent store

Its easier to measure you with your bra off, but you can be measured wearing it as long as it isnt underwired

I wouldn't think so, but l guess it would depend on where you go. l always go to Dillards or Macy's to get sized. They never make you take of anything but your shirt.

Off course.
You are measured around the actual bust first.
Next underneath the bust.

I've never had to take anything off but my coat. They measured me over my shirt.
