It is simple.Just divide the distance by time and you get the answer
In the first case it is 5/21 Km/min or 0.2381 km/min
In the second case it would be 5/25 or0.2 km/min
if converted to km/hr these will be14.2857 km/hr and 12 km/hr respectively

Speed is distance over time

Speed = 5 km / 21 min

If you need speed in hourly units, then "multiply by 1"
(for example 1 hour = 60 minutes, therefore 1 h / 60 m = 1)

Speed = (5 km / 21 min) * (60 min / 1 hour) = speed in km/hr
