I was a part of a profit sharing plan with my former company. Now that I'm no longer with this company, am I entitled to this money? I still receive notices about its activity every month. The company I currently work doesn't have a profit sharing plan that I could transfer the funds to.

You are only entitled to the profit sharing amount available on the last day you worked for the comany. The company may have rules regarding termination of employment and profitsharing, depending on the amount of time you worked for the company and during what phase the company was in when you left their employ. After you have departed from that company profit sharing ceases. All that could be available is the amount accrued during your time in their employ. I would call them and ask.

Dreaming! I'm sure as part of the contract you signed it would have a clause terminating the profit sharing agreement when you left the company. If it did not then this company is destined to fail!

No. If you were entitled to your portion of it your former employer would have made arrangements for you to receive it.
