Student visa valid until july 2008, it is too late to start again?

Hello,

If one person was studying in the USA but quit and come back to his home country, and this person still has the student visa valid until july 2008, it is allow to come back with a new I-20 and study until July 2008?

If you've been away from school for more than 5 months, you may need to get a new student visa. Otherwise, you should be able to go back to the states with your current visa and your new I-20. Make sure you present your new I-20 and not your old one.

may be it will but depend on the rules of using the card i think
