It is moderately tricky.
Go thru Tools/Letters & Mailings/Envelopes and Labels,
Click on the Labels Tab. At this point you can put in a text only address. Click on Full Page of Same Label.
But click on New Document and you will be shown a page full of labels with your cursor on the first one and you will have the full power of Word to format and insert.

Choose Tools, Letters and Mailings, Envelopes And Labels (or simply Tools, Envelopes and Labels in earlier versions of Word). When the dialog box opens, click the Return Address entry box and type your address. Now click Add To Document. When the envelope appears in your Word document, click where you want the logo to appear and choose Insert, Picture, From File. Locate your logo file and double-click to insert it into the document.
Size and place the logo as you wish. To combine it properly with the return address text, right-click the logo and choose Format Picture. When the Format Picture dialog box opens, click the Layout tab or Wrapping tab (depending on your version of Word). Select the type of wrapping that makes your return address and logo look best. (The wrapping choices will be different, depending on which version of Word you are using. For more help on wrapping and pictures, read this.) After you make your selection, click OK to close the dialog box and continue.
Now select the logo and choose Insert, AutoText, New. When the dialog box opens, type
EnvelopeLogo1
and press Enter. From now on, the logo will appear as part of your return address.
To remove the logo, go to the Tools menu and select AutoCorrect. In this box, select the tab at the top that says Autotext. Find EnvelopeExtra1 in this list, click on it once to select it and hit the button that says "Delete".
To change the logo, delete it and go back through the above steps to add your new one.

This is mored complicated than can be answered here. You need to have a picture of a red hat on your computer and add it to the address before it prints. You may be able to do it in Word if you have that, not sure. You can probably drag and drop the photo from lyour hard drive onto the form on Word for return address labels.

Easiest way is to create the label with art in a document and then copy/paste into the label wizard.
