i need 5 steps that can be taken during or after a drought . the drought could be any kind or anywhere

a) Know when the drought will start and end from your weather man.
b) Prepare some medical equipment or some survival kit.
c) Save some money for the emergency purposes.
d) Have some drinkable water that would last you at the end of the drought.
e) Be of an open area for travel and communications.
f) Take a vacation if you can.
g) Bring the children and old aged people into safe areas where drought could be at its worst.
h) Always have the presence of mine to go along for any events that will need you in times of calamities.
I) Get involve to your Government's effort in giving a helping hand in times of needs and help others.
