If I were you I would go and see an independent mortgage adviser who will tell you the best deal for you. I found one through the local estate Agent - they were independent and friendly - Saw me at my convenience and got me a good deal. :)

Just make sure you can afford the monthly payments. With your savings you might qualify but be sure you can afford those payments.
