Okay Dude,
Remain calm. You can get through this.
First, make sure your antivirus is up-to-date with the latest definitions. If they are, don't panic.
Many times people get browser hijacks or some other spyware that makes them believe that there is a problem when there really isn't.
Just to be sure, reboot your computer in Safe Mode. Right after you go through the BIOS screen, press F8 and boot the computer in safe mode. You will need to login with the administrator account password, usually. Now, do a virus scan from here. If it catches anything, delete it.
Boot your computer normally now, see if there is a problem. Go into the properties of IE and delete all history, temp internet files, everything. You want to clean all of this out.
I do not know about pestcapture. I would suggest a few other things.
1. http://www.lavasoft.com -antispyware
2. http://www.microsoft.com/defender
3. http://www.ccleaner.com
Download all of these and let it do what it needs to do.
Here are some more resources for you to try:
If the pop ups appear when you're online, activate your browsers pop up blocker. Go to tools - internet options - block pop ups.
But if they appear on your pc when you're not connected to the net then you have either spyware or adware on your pc. Run Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware SE Personal to get rid of them.
http://www.grisoft.com – AVG antivirus
http://www.avast.com – Avast antivirus
http://www.lavasoft.com - Ad-Aware SE Personal anti adware
http://www.safer-networking.org - Spybot Search and Destroy anti spyware. Use the Teatimer settings to protect Internet Explorer, and the Immuniser to stop malware getting on your pc.
Also use Microsoft Defender and their online scans.
And these are useful utilities:
http://www.microsoft.com/defender
http://housecall.trendmicro.com
http://www.mozilla.com - Firefox web browser.
http://www.ccleaner.com Cr*pcleaner Registry cleaner and privacy tool
Winpatrol is a handy utility that manages cookies on your pc and stops unwanted changes to your startup folder.
http://www.winpatrol.com
Spywareblaster works with Internet Explorer and Firefox. It won't uninstall spyware that is already on your pc, but it will prevent hijacks and other malicious changes to your browser.
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com
http://www.siteadvisor.com -MacAffee Site Advisor warns about malware on sites you are about to visit.

Is the advertising that it is try to sell you one of these useless products? It is scam advertising trying to swindle you. A computer infection called smitfraud is causing the phony warnings (see below).

BraveSentry,
MalwareWipe,
***********PEST CAPTURE *******************,
PestTrap,

SpywareStrike,
Startsearches.net
TitanShield Antispyware,
Trust Cleaner,
UpdateSearches.com
Virtual Maid,
VirusBlast,
VirusBurst,
Win32.puper,
WinHound
If so, then you have a Smitfraud infection and a free removal tool called SmitFraudFix with the removal procedure is here:
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix_En.php
More infomation and another free removal tool called RogueFix can be found here:
http://www.internetinspiration.co.uk/roguefix.htm
Even more info:
http://wiki.castlecops.com/Malware_Removal:_SpyAxe_Removal
Most "All-Purpose" malware apps such as AVG, Norton, Spybot etc unforturnayly can not remove this vile pest called Smitfraud.
Good luck.

Update your antivirus and run a full scan - update your spyware apps and run them... if that fails you should probably check with their web sites for any programs that they currently can't kill (it happens.
I use:
Go to: http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/
and : http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html
These have worked great for me - and they're free - but you'll need to uninstall your other programs first to avoid possible conflicts.
Oh - and it would be useful to know what OS your using - I'm guessing Windows XP here...
Oh - and don't use IE - use a safer browser like Firefox or Opera.
Just my .01

REMOVE PESTCAPTURE!!
PestCapture is a rogue anti-spyware application. The program states it will remove spyware but it simply installs malware.
Here are sites with more information:
http://411-spyware.com/remove-pestcapture
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/company/newsletter/2006/12/targets.html
http://research.sunbelt-software.com/threatdisplay.aspx?name=PestCapture&threatid=70495
Good luck!

I would agree with everything cafetom said, with one addition. Turn off system restore before you reboot, as viruses (trojans in particular) hide there so they can reinstall when windows restarts.
