I have seen that video, and I don't know how he does it. It's a great illusion. I do know the woman with the top half can be that short with a birth defect, but as for the bottom half usually short people have shorter bow legged legs. and they appeared normal size. There's no doubt that there was 2 women involved with that trick, and even the audience. That trick was done in Dec 2006 I believe, so give it a little time and it will probably be revealed on the net.
