If its natural then there is not alot you can do. Tone maybe. Pushups. I average 54 but Im petite. My avitar pretty much looks like me.A big chest on a guy. Hmm. I ran the PT program at my unit for awhile(good, training) A nd I realize alot of guys have that issue but if they are not willing to follow thru it wont change. Its all about you and pushups. You can start by doing them on your kneys if you cant lift your weight. You have to be serious to make a change though, and not just talk. All the big people came down from HQ to see the little girl that could leave the guys in the dust. (not funny) Just be serious and stick with it and you will be fine

Do you mean chest, like upper torso, or breast area?

For upper torso, diet exercise, you know the drill. Unfortunately, we can't choose where we loose our fat, our bodies do it all on their own.

For the breast area though, I would have your hormone levels checked by a doctor. One thought, is do you eat a lot of soy? In a study done on infants who drank soy based formula, (I can't remember the rate) but there was a HUGE increase in the levels of estrogen. Go to mercola.com for more info.

I think there's only one way: aerobic exercises, like jogging, for example.
