If you have been separated for 2 yrs without any form of contact,the marriage will be disolved.You will have to apply for this yourself at court but it shouldnt take more than 6 weeks for the decree absolute to come through once applied for.You could also apply for a divorce on the grounds of desertion,if there are no financial disputes,ie property,money,savings etc etc to be divided,its a straight forward case.

Its easy,are you still in contact with him?Know hiw whereabouts?
Get a lawyer,court can give you one sided divorce or something,forign office can help you in certain situations,especially if there is a custody issue.A lawyer would explain it to you better according to laws of your country..
