1. when they go back money and their intention to made lot of money that makes them to disguise , when peolple fail to give they show their mischif behavior this made people angry they complient to concerned officer then they catch by currupt money
2.some time people itself start giveing currupt then people of representative start and lastly arrested
3. some time political sution make them to fall and that politicals play a role to catch them by currupt officers

sir,India has progress very much in these 60 years but some problems are still left to be solved.Corruption is one of those.But soon India would overcome with all these problems may be in the next 10 years because everything takes time and we have to wait for the coming educated politicians and we can find them only in the coming generation.Corruption will surely be solved in our coutry but we have to wait for it.people say sabra ka fal meetha hota hai
