Plenty.
the area around the grand place is lovely in it's own right.
Visit the shops in the galleries du roy/reine
You can head over to the vossenplein to visit the most typical part of brussels. Every morning they hold a flea market there and the square is surrounded by a lot of typical cafes that serve good food and drink at low price.
A little upwards from the grand place you have the government area with a lot of interesting buildings and of course the royal palace. heading back down don't hesitate to stop and see the clock and the mont des arts/ kunstberg. Feel free to go shopping in the nieuwstraat or if you like leather goods try the gallery agoria just off the grand place. A few good pointers for good food. Don't go into the restaurants in the rue des bouchers. rip off prices for medium quality food. go to the rue rollebeek just off the place sablon, nice typical food for acceptable prices or visit the marche aux poissons for good seafood. Alternatively the restaurants round the rue A Orts have some nice foreign restaurants and good cafes. Any other interests just let me know and I'll be happy to advise

really a lot (you'll have to be very ignorant to deny that). But, the guy above is right, the manneken pis isn't really worth a look.
I went there one year ago and it was fantastic, although some areas were a bit dirty (especially around zuid station). I stayed there for four days and I didn't manage to see everything - the atomium and the mini europa next to it had to miss me.
The Parqu Cinquantenaire was fantastic with it's arc de triomphe and it's automobile museum and military museum.
If you're into architecture, don't miss the art noveau buildings especially in Schaarbeek, Ixelles and St. Gilles.
The museum mountain and the palace of justice are also very special, the museum for art is a good one - and a very big one and the museum for instruments is also worth a visist.

Not really! I went there with my boyfriend recently for a long weekend (Fri - Mon) - it was lovely but really there wasn't a great deal of things to do. You could easily while away a day though just taking a walk through the streets of the old town, some lovely little cafes and restaurants - and of course you must try one of the yummy belgian waffles that they sell on the street. Delicious! But although it is a beautiful city, you couldn't stay there for longer than three or four nights.

Yes there's that strange building that's made out of spherical shapes put together like an atom structure, and it's called The Atomium I think. It's some kind of a museum, not far from the centre of the city and on a tram route so easy to get to - and can be seen from afar.

Check the africa museum in Tervuren (few kms aside of Brussels)
If you love TinTin, you'll find the leopardman in that museum. It's really worth visiting.

Best buy a travel ticket for the tube(cheaper and easy).
The open air flea market(Vossenplein).
Restaurants in the Rue du Boucher (the best restaurants but expensive).
The parks are also nice to see.
