My daughter made the connection of what meat is when she was about 4 or 5. She looked at me with her big brown eyes in horror and asked how I could feed her something that was dead, she was totally grossed out that a hamburger used to be a cow. After that she has never eaten meat again. She is now 17, and she has been a vegetarian since that fateful day. She is the most healthy of all of my children, her blood work for her physicals always come back just fine. So you don't need to eat meat.
Now, me on the other hand can not stand the smell or sight of meat when I am pregnant. The nausea set in before I even knew that I was pregnant.

It's the link to the Vegetarian Society of the UK which is the oldest one in the world....just click on the links and have a hunt around, there is lots of useful information there.

Good Luck with whatever you decide to do.

That is up to you, if your conscience is bothering you that much you may want to go meatless for a while. Make sure you get a lot of good info on going vegetarian or vegan so you can be prepared to continue to get the necessary nutrients.

its probably the meat is already spoiled or not fresh anymore. Its doesn't meant that you have to become a vegetarian.
